After receiving your timepice we will do a thorough inspection and reply back to you with an estimate within 3 business days of receiving it. If you decide to have your watch serviced with us, the price you paid for the estimate will be fully credited to the service preformed. If not, then we will use the credit to ship your watch back to you through UPS with full insurance.
